Crowd Sourcing International (CSI), formerly known as Narc Technologies Inc. , is a Dallas, Texas-based company that operates a service known as Narc That Car from the Narcthatcar.com website. CSI members are paid a small fee for entering the license plate number and location information into the company database, which is then given to the lien holders for the re-ownership of cars and law enforcement officers for stolen vehicles and AMBER Alerts.

CSI members can join after paying upfront fees and monthly site fees; members are paid to enter the monthly data plate quota, but they can earn additional money by increasing the number of data plates entered. This is done by recruiting new members in business practices similar to multi-level marketing. CSI has received harsh criticism for utilizing multi-level marketing strategies. The Better Business Bureau of Dallas and Northeast Texas gave the company "BBB F Ratings on a scale from A to F", citing some consumer complaints and concerns about whether the company sells "bona fide products with real market value." The Better Business Bureau's concerns also include determining whether a business model is a legitimate multi-level marketing, or law, or pyramid scheme, is illegal. Better Business Bureaus claim that they can not verify a 3rd party client that claims CSI buys the information products provided by CSI members.

CSI and its members insist that because there is a legitimate information product that is marketed and sold to a 3rd party client, it is not a pyramid scheme. Claims may never be fully proven (or not proven) because CSI claims that almost all of its clients prefer to remain anonymous and CSI refuses to undermine client relations by revealing the client's identity.
