Timothy Goes to School is the Canadian-Chinese-American animated television series based on the Yoko series and other individual books by Rosemary Wells like "Shy Charles" , "Fritz and the Mess Fairy" , and "Noisy Nora" , but are named after a book of the same name.

The series premiered on PBS Kids as part of the PBS Kids Bookworm Bunch as the sixth and final show from 2000 to 2001 after Corduroy , Elliot Moose , George Shrinks , Marvin Kuda Tap-Dancing , and , and the fourth and final show from 2001 to 2004 before George Shrinks > Marvin Kuda Tap-Dancing , and when Corduroy and Elliot Moose were canceled from 2000 to 2004. The series aired on September 30, 2000, and aired its final episode on December 28, 2001.

Premise

Timothy Goes to School primarily focuses on an enthusiastic young giant named Timothy (voiced by Austin Di Iulio), who attends kindergarten in a fictitious place called "Hilltop School" along with ten other students (respectively - the cats are different animals), most of whom are friends of Timothy and each other. Kindergarten class is taught by Ny. Jenkins, an entertaining teacher who loves to educate and help his students.

Character

There are some well-known adults and relatives, although many appear only in several episodes (Yoko's mother, Doris's brothers, Nora's brother, Jack, Charles Bibi Bea, and other children's parents). Yoko, Fritz, and Lilly do not seem to have their fathers while Frank and Claude do not seem to have mothers, however, this situation is never explained in the series.

Broadcast

Timothy Goes to School is broadcast in the United States on PBS Kids, Discovery Kids and Qubo channels. In Canada, the series airs on YTV, Treehouse TV and TVO Kids stations. The reruns were then broadcast on Discovery Kids (until 2006) and Qubo in the United States. The show airs on YTV, Treehouse TV, and TVO Kids in Canada, as well as on British digital TV channel Tiny Pop.

Outside North America, the show aired in Israel at Hop! (?????????????????), in the Middle East on the Almajd TV Network, and in Latin America at ZAZ. In Brazil, it was aired on TV Cultura (2003-2007). In Mexico and Latin America, the broadcast is broadcast on ZAZ (in Latin America, episode # 22 is not aired, but aired in Brazil).
