On Better Day and Sin-Eating is the second, and last, release by the Amphibious Assault industry band, formed by former Kittie member Fallon Bowman.

The second album Amphibious Assault was completed and originally scheduled for June, and then, released in August 2005. The release was postponed, twice, mostly due to Bowman's school schedule. The live event scheduled with Pigface is also influenced by the school schedule. On January 10, 2007, Bowman announced, on the Amphibious Assault website, that the second album, On Better Day and Sin-Eating , is now available for purchase. As with the previous album, 2003 District Six , the album was released on the Social Unrest label. Though limited to 500 physical copies, the album is also available via digital download. Bowman also confirmed that the album will be the latest release under the name of Amphibious Assault and that the new project, in a different voice, is expected in the future. The project was eventually released as a Conditional Man Clinic that Bowman released as a solo artist on January 25, 2011.
