Amy Davidson (born September 15, 1979) is an American actress. He is known for playing Kerry Hennessy on the ABC sitcom 8 Simple Rules .

Early life and education

Born in Phoenix, Arizona, Davidson was raised by educators. His father is the headmaster of El Mirage Elementary School, and his mother is an English teacher at Desert Desert High School. Her parents enrolled her in dance classes as a child. He became a member of "Dance Motion". Davidson takes ballet, pointe, hip-hop and modern dance. While studying at Shadow Mountain High School, he started appearing in commercials. His acting coach, Jean Fowler, encouraged him to move to Hollywood.

After appearing in the TV movie Truth About Jane and an episode of Judging Amy's drama series, she played in the series Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen < i>. He is a guest star on sitcom Malcolm in the Middle and in the Channel Hallmark Annie's Point across from Betty White and Richard Thomas. Other roles include the movie Goyband , where he played a young Orthodox Jewish girl who fell in love with a former boyband pop star Adam Pascal who appeared at his family's hotel in Catskills. Goyband players include Natasha Lyonne, Tovah Feldshuh, Dean Edwards, Tibor Feldman, and Cris Judd. Davidson also runs a fashion blog and lifestyle at http://amydavidson.com.

Personal life

Davidson married actor Kacy Lockwood on May 1, 2010. On November 2nd, 2015, Davidson announced on Instagram that they were expecting their first child. Amy gave birth to her son, Lennox Sawyer Lockwood, on March 1, 2016. She arrived at 10:16, and weighed 5 lbs. 1 ounce, and measured 19 inches long.
